Viber regulations
If you plan to send transactional (informational or notification) messages to the countries listed above, i.e. Ukraine, Belarus and Russia, your messages must use Viber-approved and required templates. The templates have a strictly defined message structure that must be followed. Detailed documentation regarding Viber Business templates for messages to these countries can be requested from our support. If you have any problems with the process of converting your message to the required Viber template, you can contact our support.
Gretor Viber allows you to send 2 types of transactional (information and notification) messages to the countries Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. The first type is a transactional message with a template (approved and requested by Viber) and this type is charged at a discounted price. The second type is a transactional message without a template, which is priced at the same level as a marketing (promotional) message. When sending a transactional message, the type “without a template” is preset. By simply checking the checkbox and uploading an approved message template it is possible to send a transactional message with a template. The control for switching between transaction message types can be seen in the attached image. See checkbox – Use Viber template.
